Yoga for Beginners
This is a course for all those who want to start practising Hatha Yoga.

The participants are introduced to the basic yoga positions. Simple exercises are used to mobilise and re-experience the body. The interaction between movement and immobility creates a new deep feeling of well-being.
Even beginners experience more flexibility, inner balance and increased vitality when they practise Hatha Yoga.
Apart from the active elements, this course also focuses on specific relaxation exercises which help us dissolve tension, leave worries behind and return to that source of peace and strength that resides in all of us.
Hatha Yoga not only acts as a preventive measure but can also help alleviate numerous indications such as back problems, chronic pain, inner restlessness or a lack of energy and many more.
The lessons are given in small groups of no more than 14 participants. One yoga lesson lasts 90 minutes.
No advance knowledge is required.
